Installation Process

• Creating a new database into your server
• Unzip the downloaded folder
• Copy the files inside the zip folder : Email Marketing into your server
• The auto web installer will start
• Follow on-screen instructions to finish the installation.
• Enter your database settings
• Press the "Install" button.
• That's it!

Before Install you have to get ready your database first. Firstly, You have to create a new database before installing Email Marketing in your mysql server. If you already know how to do this/or have already created one just skip to the next step. Your host will most likely be running phpMyAdmin as mysql manager, if that's the case here's a step by step guide (if not the proccess will be very similar on other managers). Login to your control panel, find and click phpMyAdmin link: Click on the database tab in the top menu, enter any name you like and click create

After creating a database, unzpip the .zip file you donwloaded from CodeCanyon and upload the contents of Email Marketing Login folder to your servers root folder (usually called www or html or something similar) or a sub-directory, shared hosting providers usually have a web based file manager, but you should use something like Filezilla to do the upload as the web based managers can cause various problems fairly often. Make sure that application/storage and all the sub-folders are writable by your server (have 777 permissions if you are on shared hosting). You can change files and folders permissions by right-clicking them in the filemanager, clicking file permissions, and then entering 777 in the permissions field.

After uploading 'Email Marketing' files, simply open your site url and follow on-screen instructions to finish the installation.

Email Marketing Process

• Create a new Media in dashboard. Click here for how to create Media in details.
• Create a Template in dashboard. Click here to create a template in details.
• Create Email List in your dashboard. Click here to create a Email List in details.
• Then Send Mail to your desired Email List from dashboard. Click here to know how you can send mail in details.
• That's all!

Media Setting Process

• Go to dashboard. Click Media Menu to create Media.
• It will expand with All Media & Create Media tabs. Click Create Media and fill all the query. Give Media Name and Upload a Image.
• Press the "Submit" button.
• That's it!

Follow the above instructions also you can help the below image instruction. Then go to create a template part.

Template Setting Process

• Go to dashboard. Click Template Menu to create a Template.
• It will expand with All Template & Create Template tabs. Click Create Template and fill all the query.
• Firstly fill the Name query and Upload a template Image. You can Import your Media Image here by clicking Media Import link.
• You also can add youtube video. for this please click "Video" button which set textarea above buttons. it will popup a input field, then give your youtube link only.
• Press the "Submit" button.
• That's it!

Email List Setting Process

• Go to dashboard. Click Email List Menu to create a Email List.
• It will expand with All Email List & Create Email List tabs. Click Create Email List and fill all the query.
• Firstly Give a Email Group Name, Type or copy paste all your emails by separating a "Comma" which emails contain in this group.
• You also can upload excell file email list, in this purpose there are a model how to write down emails in your excel file, just Click "Download Sample Email List" and follow the system.
• You also can add youtube video. for this please click "Video" button which set textarea above buttons. it will popup a input field, then give your youtube link only.
• After all of this, Press the "Submit" button.
• That's it!

Send Email Setting Process

• Go to dashboard. Click Send Email Menu to Send Email.
• It will expand with "Send Email" & "Send Email by Email list" tabs.
• Follow the below instructions

Fill all the query. Firslty type reciever email address in 'Emails Addresses' box. Select a Template which you already created. If not click here to create a template. Then type your subject. and Press 'Send e-mail' Button. That's it!.

Fill and select all the query. Firslty select by marking reciever email group in 'Group' box. Select a Template which you already created. If not click here to create a template. Then type your subject. and Press 'Send e-mail' Button. That's it!.

Before use this option you have to enable cronjob in your server. Just add this line to your cron job

To send email later just click on "send later" button and set your desire time.

In order to make social login (logging in via google, twitter and facebook) work you will need to register for a corresponding app and get that services Client ID and Client Secret. Check out the section for each service for a detailed instruction for how to register and get those tokens. Once you've got your client id and secret simply enter them in corresponding field in admin area -> third party services and keys.

You can resgister for a facebook app Here by clicking on My Apps > add a new app at the top. Once you create the app you can find your id and secret in your app dashboard, you will also need to enter your site url in Settings > site url field and make your app public from Staus & Review tab.

You can register for a twitter app Here, after you register you will need to enter your site url in Website and Callback Url fields in your app settings, you can find your key and secret in the Keys & Access Tokens tab.

Get client ID and Client Secret

You can register for a google app Here by clicking on Create new project, after creating new project go to credentials tab and in the authorized redirect uri field enter http://yoursiteurl.com/auth/social/google/login, you might also need to enable Google plus and contacts APIs.

You can register for a github app Here by clicking on Create new project, after creating new project go to credentials tab and in the authorized redirect uri field enter http://yoursiteurl.com/github/callback

You can register for a github app Here by clicking on Create Application, after creating new Application with valid data. Hit submit and on next page you have to put your authorized redirect uri field enter http://yoursiteurl.com/linkedin/callback

In order to make mail work, you will need to register for a mail API key. Send your email any smtp credential. Let's first have a lookg with mailgun

Register for Mailgun api key

To register for mailgun key go to this url, create a new account and then log in. Verify your account with email then mobile number. Then click Domains then click Active Domain

Copy 'SMTP Hostname' value and paste that Dashboard > Settings > Email Settings > select SMTP in 'SMTP Hostname' box

Copy 'Default SMTP Login' value and paste that Dashboard > Settings > Email Settings > select SMTP in 'SMTP Username' box

Copy 'Default Password' value and paste that Dashboard > Settings > Email Settings > select SMTP in 'SMTP Password' box

Press Dashboard 'Submit' Button. That's it.

After signpu, Please check your mail inbox. Open verification mail and confirm your account.

Register for Amazon SES api key

. When you sign up for AWS, your account is automatically signed up for all AWS services. url, create a new account and then log in. Verify your account with email. Then click login and go to SES Service.

Copy 'SMTP Hostname' value and paste that Dashboard > Settings > Email Settings > select SMTP in 'SMTP Hostname' box

Copy ' SMTP username' value and paste that Dashboard > Settings > Email Settings > select SMTP in 'SMTP Username' box

Copy ' Password' value and paste that Dashboard > Settings > Email Settings > select SMTP in 'SMTP Password' box

Press Dashboard 'Submit' Button. That's it.

Mandril

In order to make mail work (for password reset and other functions), you will need to register for a mandrill API key. Mandrill is used to avoid the many problems that occur when using public smtp servers (like gmail or your hostings private one). Here's how to get your API key.

If you want to use SMTP instead (or one of the other available options), go to admin area > settings > mail and simply change mandrill to another option and enter any other required details like host, usernamer, password etc.

Register for mandrill api key

To register for mandrill key go to this url, create a new account and then log in. Then click get api keys -> +add api key

Then simply copy mandrill api key and enter it into corresponding field in admin area > settings > mail

The tab Users You will can manage users. You can restrict users activity by 'active' and 'ban' them. It's great opportunity to you that you also ban individual user and active any user individually.

The tab Activities You can view all user Activities . It's also help you to view individual user log in and log out. You will can restrict user activities, manage their info update and create user. It will be able to full controll over your user actions.

You can easily take backup of your database by simply clicking on the menu tab Database Backup. Everything in your database will get in the database that will be exported as a zip file in your local directory.
